These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tastetravelguide.com (the "Site"), operated by Taste Travel Guide LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Taste Travel Guide is an independent publisher and a flight comparison service. We provide editorial travel content and a tool that lets you compare flights offered by airlines and online travel agencies. We are not an airline, a tour operator or a travel agency. We do not sell flights or other travel products ourselves, and we do not process payments on the Site.
Our flight search displays fares, routes and availability sourced from third-party airlines and online travel agencies through a travel-technology partner. We present this information for your convenience and do not guarantee that any price, schedule or availability is accurate, current or still available at the time you attempt to book — these change constantly and are controlled by the providers, not by us.
When you choose a fare, you are directed to the relevant airline or online travel agency to complete your purchase. Any booking, payment and resulting contract is solely between you and that provider, under their own terms and conditions. We are not a party to that transaction and accept no responsibility for it — including pricing, ticketing, schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, customer service or the provider's performance. Please read the provider's terms before you book.
Our guides and articles are provided for general informational purposes and reflect our opinions and experiences at the time of writing. Restaurants close, prices rise, hours change. Always verify details directly with the venue or provider before relying on them.
All text, photography, design and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Taste Travel Guide LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not copy, republish, scrape or exploit our content commercially without our prior written permission.
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data using automated means without permission; or interfere with the Site's operation or other users' enjoyment of it.
The Site and the flight search are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taste Travel Guide LLC from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
